ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONDITION REPORTS
An Electrical Installation Condition Report involves inspection and testing of an existing installation to assess its condition and identify defects, deterioration or other observations requiring attention.
The report records the results of the inspection and testing and provides an overall assessment of whether the installation is satisfactory or unsatisfactory.
Where remedial work is required, L&K can explain the observations and provide costs for appropriate corrective works.
