PROJECT OVERVIEW
L&K carried out the associated electrical works for a 35-plot housing development in Bromley, Kent.
The development comprised a mix of shared-ownership, social-housing and privately owned semi-detached and detached properties.
The electrical installation covered lighting, power, heating controls and safety systems across the new homes.

THE CHALLENGE
The project required close coordination with the site-management team and other trades throughout an 18-month construction programme.
Careful planning was required between first- and second-fix stages to maintain progress across the development and coordinate the electrical installation with the wider construction programme.
THE WORKS
L&K delivered the electrical installation across a range of property types within the development, including shared-ownership, social-housing and privately owned homes.
The works included lighting, power, heating controls and associated electrical safety systems.
Throughout the project, the team coordinated closely with site management and other trades to manage the transition between first- and second-fix stages and maintain the wider construction programme.
