Mallinson Sports Centre reception with new lighting

PROJECT OVERVIEW

L&K was engaged by Five Interiors for the renovation of Mallinson Sports Centre, Highgate School, in Highgate, London. The work focused on the Centre’s office, waiting room and lobby.

The completed project combined the initial first-fix works with the subsequent second-fix stage, new lighting, upgraded emergency-lighting power circuits and local power-circuit rewiring.

THE CHALLENGE

The existing lighting needed replacement as part of the renovation, while local power circuits also required rewiring.

THE WORKS

The works progressed from a near-complete first-fix stage into second fix. The completed installation included new lighting and upgraded emergency-lighting power circuits.

PROJECT OUTCOME

The new lighting and upgraded emergency-lighting power circuits delivered a modern, stylish look throughout the Centre while reducing electrical and maintenance costs.
