PROJECT OVERVIEW
L&K was engaged by the City of London Corporation to upgrade the external lighting at St Magnus House.
The existing lighting at street level and around the main plaza entrance had become outdated and was no longer operating effectively.
The works involved replacing the existing fittings with modern LED globe lighting to improve performance and complement the recent refurbishment of the building.

THE CHALLENGE
The existing lighting had become unreliable and no longer reflected the appearance of the refurbished office building and surrounding entrance area.
The new installation needed to improve lighting performance while providing a more contemporary finished appearance.

L&K replaced the existing outdated fittings at street level and around the main plaza entrance with new LED globe lighting.
The upgraded installation provided a more contemporary appearance while reducing electrical consumption and ongoing maintenance requirements.
